OpenAI interprets typed trip context and performs grounded recommendation research; ElevenLabs transcribes optional voice notes; Google provides account identity. Geoapify, SerpApi, Pexels, and Viator may provide place, travel, map, destination-media, or experience evidence. Opening the lodging workspace loads an Expedia Group search widget in your browser; searches and resulting bookings are handled by the selected Expedia Group brand under its own privacy and cookie terms. Each provider receives only the information needed for the requested capability.

The owner can view account names, email addresses, signup dates, recent session activity, trip counts, and generation job outcomes. Demo accounts are excluded from standard-account reports. When you arrive through a campaign link, a first-party cookie stores its source label for up to 30 days and associates it with a newly created Google account. We do not use this to record browsing history or private trip answers.

Trip records are stored in Cloudflare D1. A host can permanently delete a trip from their signed-in trip list. Automated retention is not finished. Do not enter payment details, identification numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive information. Contact the project owner through the channel that supplied your invite for other removal requests.

Recommendations, travel distances, and lodging bands may use curated estimates. Viator schedules are not real-time availability, and pasted lodging facts are host-confirmed rather than provider inventory. Verify every price and booking detail with the provider.
