preview privacy notice · updated July 24, 2026

your answers aren't group-chat gossip.

agenduh is in public preview. This notice explains the data used to coordinate a trip and the limits of the current build.

What is collected

Trip and host names, availability, origin, travel party, preferences, requirements, votes, and optional budget categories. Voice audio is sent for transcription and is not intentionally retained by agenduh after transcription.

Who sees what

A shared link reveals only the invitation envelope until a visitor signs in. Claimed trip members can see response status and group decisions. Hosts receive coordination evidence, but individual budget amounts and raw participant context remain redacted from group-facing views. Share invitation links only with the intended group.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides hosting and database infrastructure. OpenAI interprets typed trip context and performs grounded recommendation research; ElevenLabs transcribes optional voice notes; Google provides account identity. Geoapify, SerpApi, and Pexels may provide place, travel, map, or destination-media evidence. Each provider receives only the information needed for the requested capability.

Storage and deletion

Trip records are stored in Cloudflare D1. A host can permanently delete a trip from their signed-in trip list. Automated retention is not finished. Do not enter payment details, identification numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive information. Contact the project owner through the channel that supplied your invite for other removal requests.

Prototype boundary

Recommendations, travel distances, and lodging bands may use curated estimates. They are not live booking inventory, prices, or professional travel advice.
